3. Payment Terms

All invoices must be paid in full by the due date mentioned. International clients will be billed via Stripe in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, creatives, and materials produced by us remain our property until full payment is received. Post-payment, IP rights may be transferred as agreed.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

6. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or website notice.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
