Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Olivecloud Tech PvtLtd we strive to deliver results and satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we follow the policies outlined below.

1. Service Cancellation

You may cancel a project or retainer by providing a written notice 30 days in advance. Work completed until the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.

2. Refunds

Due to the time and resources involved in performance marketing, we do not offer refunds once a campaign has started or services have been rendered.

Refunds may be considered only:

• If payment was made in error

• If no work has been started and a cancellation request is made within 48 hours of payment

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
